Main duties include:

• Processing leads (telephone conversations or correspondence , surveys, answers to questions of potential donors);

• Conversion of a lead into a contract;
• Search for potential donors in social networks and communication with them (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, etc.);
• Participation in filming of live broadcasts, stories on social networks, on the YouTube channel - communication with potential donors before the start of the program;
• Reporting.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in the field of Recruiting;
• Communication skills;
• Organized and ability to work with large volumes of information;
• Flexibility and readiness to work in changing conditions.
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
