Chat Support Manager (UA) in ChampionClub

ChampionClub is a new licensed operator on the Ukrainian market, which works on its own platform and adapts the latest progressive trends of online gambling into your work.
We are currently in the phase of active scaling, so we are looking for aChat Support Manager (UA).

What will have to be done:

• process customer requests in the chat, identify problems;
• interact with adjacent units to solve the client's problem;
• accompany the client until the problem is completely solved;
• record complaints and wishes of customers;
• create an atmosphere of care and attention.

Our candidate:

• has experience in chat support from 1 year;
• fluent in the Ukrainian language ;
• likes difficult tasks;
• has analytical abilities, knows how to analyze and systematize information;
• stress-resistant and responsible;
• has a great sense of humor :)
• has own PC for work.

• variable work schedule -2 day shifts from 09:00 to 21:00, 2 days off , 2 night shifts from 21:00 to 09:00, 2 weekends;
