Able to establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Has a high level of empathy and adaptability in communication.
Able to hear needs and read the style of the interlocutor.
Understands how to translate product capabilities into specific business value for a potential client and say:
- with the IT director - the language of simplifying infrastructure, integrations and technical compatibility;
- with the financial director in the language of numbers, savings and ROI;
- with the chief accountant in the language of simplifying work and saving efforts for quality reporting.
It is important that he/she have:
experience ofB2B sales to customers of the Enterprise segment.
Understanding the entire sales cycle: from the first contact to signing a contract and subsequent upsell.
Experience in conducting effective meetings and presentations of the product.
The ability to build trusting long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Systematicity and discipline in work.
Energy, ambition and desire to win.
Not required, but would be a plus:
Experience in sales of digital products.
Understanding the features of the SaaS business model.
Experience in sales of fintech products will be a huge plus.
