Business development manager in True Story

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an ambitious and highly qualified Business Development manager, with the help of which we will be able to build a long-term strategy for the company's development and achieve the set goals.


Duties:

1. Increasing the existing level of income and profit:

• Implementing tools to increase conversion, average check and number of payments per period with current customers;
• Conducting market research with subsequent construction a plan to attract new consumers (B2B and B2C);
• Creation and implementation of an effective customer service strategy that will lead to an increase in LTV;
• Implementation and management of the company's sales funnel.

2. Building the company's marketing strategy:

• Marketing analysis (market situation, 6C, SWOT);
• Definition of marketing goals and implementation of the development strategy (definition of target segments, positioning and working with the competitive environment);
• Budgeting and implementation of the marketing complex (price policy, promotion, branding).  

3. Strategic planning:

• Development and implementation of the company's long-term development strategy;
• Monitoring and control of the implementation of strategic plans and tasks;
• Project adaptation in a situation of uncertainty and change management.

1. Experience in a related activity from 2 years;< /li>
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
3. Determination and confidence, a high level of organization and a systematic approach to business;
4. Orientation on results and finding solutions;
5. Ability to work with MS Office, Jira, Asana, Zoom, Google tools and other tools.
