Business Data Steward in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are currently looking for a Business Data Steward

Your future functionality:

• cataloging, description and classification of data in the Collibra system and ensuring the creation and support of a Business Glossary, Data dictionary;
• creation and support of DG templates, handbooks, manuals;
• ensuring the quality, relevance and completeness of metadata for key domains of the Bank (domain standards);
• supporting the process of defining and modifying the data dictionary;
• supporting initiatives with Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Ownership and other Data elements Governance;
• support of metadata integration;
• interaction with business units, analysts, IT and data owners regarding definition and clarification of data requirements;
• documentation of business definitions, terminology, roles and processes of working with data;
• preparation of materials for reporting, training and internal communication on the subject of Data Governance.

Our candidate has:

• experience in the banking sector (preferred);
• higher education (economics, finance, mathematics, IT or related specialties);
• desire to master Data Governance tools (data catalog, data lineage, master data management);
• experience of interaction with IT specialists and analytical business teams;
• analytical thinking, attention to details, the ability to work with a large amount of information, orientation in the Bank's terminology;
• English at an intermediate level in oral and written form, which will be sufficient for participation in group projects of the Bank and constant communications with foreign colleagues;
• confident mastery of Excel, preferably - skills in working with SQL, Power BI or other BI tools;
• willingness to learn and work in an international environment;
• experience in participating in projects on the implementation of Data Governance or Data Management will be an advantage;
• experience with the Collibra platform or similar systems will be an advantage.
