We do not stop growing, creating and expanding the team. Therefore, we are opening a HR manager vacancy.

Who we are looking for:

An energetic, self-motivated person, whose dictionary does not have a meaning for the word "problem"; if you know what time management is; how you have a sense of humor (seriously, this is very important); if you can see a problem before it occurs, please respond immediately! 

What needs to be done:

• search for candidates;
• assess satisfaction with the working conditions of the team;
• maintain contact with potential company employees (because we care not only about those who are with us in the team, but also about those who will)
• coordinate development and implementation of training programs
• help in the process of efficiency management, providing managers and employees with recommendations on setting goals, evaluation efficiency and feedback
