What we will assign you:

• Responsible for methodological development of educational products
• Responsible for determining the need for the development of educational products based on the results of a comprehensive assessment, the strategic goals of the company and business needs
• Responsible for improving the competence of employees of his and other departments within the scope of developing and conducting training events

• Responsible for defining requirements for the effectiveness and quality of internal training products. Monitoring the effectiveness of training and development programs, assessing the level of "before" and "after" training
• Responsible for the timely conduct of training according to the plan. Submission of ideas and proposals for the development/conduct of training, development of exercises, tests for practical acquisition of skills.
• Responsible for the implementation of the latest and trending forms of training, in order to ensure the continuous development of personnel skills
• Independently develop and conduct training events for employees of different levels

It will be cool if you:

• Know the main training tools and have methodology skills development of training programs
• Knows approaches and principles to adult education, including interaction with the audience in a remote learning format
• Knows the main methods and approaches to the development of personnel of various levels, from specialists to top -management
• Knows and is able to implement various forms of training effectiveness measurements
• Certified and experienced business trainer, facilitator, coach (preferably) with 1 year of experience in a similar position
• You have the skills to develop educational content for both live trainings and distance courses
