Basic work tasks:

• Conducting online training on the development of Soft and management competencies, development of negotiation skills (corporate clients, complex agreements): online trainings, webinars , courses, smart videos, educational articles;
• Development of turnkey educational programs. Creation of course content, including learning materials, methods, and assessment. Filming of educational videos, development of presentations and guides;
• Analysis of needs. Assessment of goals and educational audience;
• Choosing methods and forms of education. Determination of effective methods, taking into account the characteristics of the audience;
• Evaluation of training effectiveness. Monitoring and evaluation of training results. 

You are our candidate if:

• Know and know how to conduct business training (trainings, webinars, courses) on the development of Soft and management competencies, negotiation skills;
• Able to conduct training online;
• You have skills in designing presentations for training;
• You know how to develop training programs in accordance with training needs; span>
• Fluently speak Ukrainian, have gromantic speech;
  
• Own a PC at the level of a confident user (fluency in the basic software package, skills in Power Point - at a high level);
• You are characterized by: desire and readiness for development, assertiveness,high pself-organization, result orientation, ability to work in a team.
