We are looking for a Business analyst!

What you need to know about us:

Network of children's stores "Antoshka" is one of the leaders of the children's goods market in Ukraine. Since 1997, we have been taking care of children by providing the best products, services and emotions. "Antoshka" is the only children's store in Ukraine, which presents products of all categories. What to do:

• analysis and identification of requirements: collection and analysis of requirements from users and business, including both functional and non-functional requirements;
• design of technical documentation and technical tasks: drafting and design of technical documentation, including technical specifications and tasks, to transfer to developers;
• modeling processes and systems: applying modeling methodologies such as UML and BPMN to describe and visualize processes and systems;
• supporting communication between project teams to successfully create and support of the online retail store.

We expect from you:

• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst in theIT field and also e-commerce is mandatory;
• experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project requirements and documentation, as well as visualization tools such as Camunda, Cawemo, Draw.IO, Miro, Visio;
• working with APIs : working with developer documentation such as REST API and GraphQL as well as using API validation tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• experience working with large amounts of data using tools such as Excel and Power BI, for data analysis and visualization;
• writing SQL queries: experience in writing simple SQL queries to retrieve data from a database;
• having an Adobe (Magento) Certificate will be a plus .
