Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Business Coach who will help develop the team through effective training, creating quality training programs and maintaining a culture of continuous development.

Main tasks:

• analysis of staff training needs;

• development, preparation and conducting of trainings;

• creation of methodological and educational materials;

• planning schedules of training activities and monitoring their execution;

• work with the learning portal (LMS);

• preparation of reports on the results of trainings;

• post-training support and assessment of training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• higher education;

• 3 years of experience in training and development;

• proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with LMS, graphic editors;

• analytical thinking, systematicity, attention to details;

• high level of written and oral literacy, ability to speak in public;

• excellent communication skills, love for people and continuous self-development.

Responsibilities:

• preparation of high-quality educational materials and programs;

• achieving the set training KPIs;

• maintaining high quality standards of the educational process.
