Business assistant (with financier skills) in Siri-Pro

We are looking for an experienced and proactive business assistant with knowledge in finance for our client.< /p>

If you are able to manage financial processes, interact with banks and ensure clarity in business operations, this position is for you.

Main duties:

• Management of financial processes, including accounting of expenses, payments and interaction with foreign banks.
• Preparation of invoices, control of payments, cooperation with accounting and legal services.
• Finding and analysis of information for the company and presenting it in the form of tables and reports.
• Systematization of data and security document flow.
• Company expense accounting and reporting.
• Working with international partners and financial institutions.
• Performing business assistance tasks, which may include organizing meetings, preparation of documents and communication with various contractors.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a business assistant from 1 year.
• Experience of working with foreign banks.
• Higher education (technical or economic will be an advantage).

• Experience of working with financial institutions and banks.
• High level of responsibility, proactivity and multitasking.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: 09:00-18:00, 5-day work week (flexible schedule can be discussed).
• Work format: online.
• Trial period: 1 month, salary for this period - $1000.
• After the trial period: salary $1250 + and possible bonuses.
• Possible relocation to UAE if desired in the future.
