We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help build product and technical connections between our products and internal services. You will be able to delve into internal cross-team interaction, describe it qualitatively with the help of product documentation, thereby influencing the improvement of team efficiency and product quality. In this role, you will be responsible for: Identifying needs and expectationsCollecting, documenting and managing product requirementsTransforming requirements into functional and non-functional specificationsAnalysis and evaluation of possible solutions to achieve business goalsCollaboration with technical teams to define technical solutionsPrioritization of requirements based on business goals and resourcesManagement of requirements changes during the project life cycleSupport tracing of requirements from initial concept to final productVerification of compliance of implemented solutions with requirementsSupport during testing and implementation of solutionsPreparation and support of documentation, specifications of requirementsEnsuring clarity and accessibility of documentation for all interested partiesFacilitation of meetings, workshops and presentations to discuss requirements and solutionsCooperation with project and product managers to ensure timely and effective implementation of projectsFor this you will need: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst /System Analyst Strong technical background, deep understanding of development and delivery processes (SDLC) Knowledge of methodologies and tools for requirements gathering and management (eg UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence) Ability to transform business requirements into functional specifications Experience in preparing documentation, including business requirements , technical specifications Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) Experience working with cross-functional teams Develop presentation, facilitation, communication skills English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above Availability of certifications (CBAP, etc) will be an advantage Your manager will be our Head of Web Products Ksyusha, who has extensive experience in UI/UX design, UX research, good expertise in building and managing Growth teams.
