You will grow your technical and commercial knowledge through our vast product range. You will be delivering successful outcomes for key industry players custom solutions and business understanding.As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing tender applications, requests for quotations, and any other ad-hoc commercial support activitiesDriving the development of tender responses in close cooperation with SegmentsManaging all relevant administrative documentsWorking with CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting systems to track and capture customer related actionsMaintaining and follow up of expiring regional customer contractsEnsuring that the right documentations are available to meet revenue criteria for billing/collection Contracts and signed documents are attached on SAP.Entering effectively customer's data, agreements, return authorizations, training registrations, sales orders and invoices using departmental service goals and objectives.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have 2 years of expertise with sales/tenders/commercialAble to fluently speak and write in English and UkrainianBe experienced in MS Office.Have a valid driving licence is a plusBachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeCandidates with disabilities are welcome to applyWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
