We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for formalizing business requirements, analyzing processes and translating business needs into understandable and actionable requirements for teams development.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architect, Tech Lead and development teams.
Your Mission
Ensure that business ideas and needs are clearly articulated and aligned in IT solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Duties
Analysis and requirements
- Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements from internal stakeholders;
- Description of functional and non-functional system requirements;
- Preparation of specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria;
- Support and updating of requirements during the project life cycle.
Business processes
- Analysis and modeling of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE);
- Identification of inefficiencies, risks and optimization points;
- Coordination of business process changes with business and technical teams.
- Work closely with Product Owner, Solution Architect, Tech Lead and QA;
- Participate in Refinement, Planning, Demo and other team activities;
- Advise development team on business logic and priorities.
- Team support during the implementation of requirements;
- Participation in the acceptance of development results;
- Ensuring compliance of the implemented functionality with the agreed requirements.
- Preparation and maintenance of business documentation.
- Ensuring transparency of requirements and changes for all stakeholders.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Experience in product or enterprise projects.
- Experience in interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Confident command of requirements gathering and analysis techniques;
- Experience of description:
- User Stories;
- Use Cases;
- BPMN / UML (basic level);
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
- Basic understanding of microservice architecture and REST API;
- Ability to work with priorities and changes in requirements.
- Experience in the RetailTech or FinTech domain;
- Experience in working with highly loaded or transactional systems;
- Experience in working with Jira / Confluence;
- Experience in Agile / Scrum teams.
