Ourclient –international m> FMCG company – manufacturer invites to its m> teams Analyticsdepartment Logistics and Customer Service.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS’LANGUAGES:
- Development and maintenance of regular management reporting on the efficiency of logistics and Customer Service.
- Analysis of key operational indicators Supply Chain: OTIF, Service Level, Lead Time, Order Fulfillment, Backlog, Inventory KPIs.
- Identifying the causes of operational deviations and formulating recommendations for improvements.
- Analysis of the efficiency of the warehouse, transport, 3PL-partners and logistics network.
- Support of inventory management processes and service level.
- Working with ERP 1NAV (Navision): data correctness control, incident recording, transfer to the Help Desk.
- Creation and improvement of dashboards in Power BI.
- Participation in testing new IT functions and implementation of digital analytical tools.
- Preparation of analytical materials for operational reviews.
- Preparation of Excel reports.
- Participation in meetings with the global team in English.
REQUIREMENTS: - Higher education
- Experience in a similar position in an FMCG company or on the side of a logistics provider will be an advantage
- Experience as an analyst in logistics from 2 years.
- Deep understanding of warehouse and transport logistics.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
- English level — from Intermediate Strong (correspondence and basic calls).
- Experience with ERP system; experience in Navision preferred (company training).
- Knowledge of Power BI (will be an advantage).
- Experience in 3PL, retail, FMCG companies or manufacturing preferred.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, systems thinking.
