We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Specialist to join our Internal Audit team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both compliance and internal audit functions within a dynamic and evolving landscape. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our internal audit direction by oversee a portion of the assessment of compliance with critical international standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management System), PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), SOC2 Type II, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Support Audits: Assist with planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits, focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, and GDPR compliance.
• Monitor Standards: Track and analyze changes in key compliance standards, evaluating their impact on business operations.
• Review Policies: Contribute to the review of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant standards and audit outcomes.
• Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and evaluating compliance risks, particularly in information security, data privacy, and quality management.
• Training Support: Help develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in special compliance and audit-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Students in their 3rd year or higher, or a recent graduate, in audit, compliance, risk management, information security, data protection, or a related field of study.
• Interest in compliance standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 270001 family, PCI DSS, SOC2, data protection (GDPR), etc.)
• Willingness and ability to learn compliance frameworks and audit methodologies
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and open to asking questions.
• Considered an advantage:

• Internship or work experience in audit, compliance, or relevant field
• Familiarity with any ISO standard or internal control concepts
• Experience working with documentation or policies
