Business analyst (logistics) in VATAG GROUP

Experience required:

• Work experience from 2 years;
• Possession: Microsoft Office package, ideally experience in software to display PSUs (Visio, Lucid Chart, Draw.io, BPMN);
• It is important to have experience in logistics and with an analytical composition for a structural description of business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysis and diagnosis of current business processes of logistics at companies;
• Conducting an interview with business process participants to collect current state information;
• Preparation of analytical reports on key performance indicators (KPI) of logistics business processes;
• Display Current Business Processes in AS is;
• Development of proposals for optimization of processes (detection of "narrow places", duplication of functions, ineffective stages in logistics operations);
• Display Optimized Business Processes in "To Be";
• Conducting a regular audit of business processes of logistics direction;
• Developing recommendations for improving business processes based on the data obtained and audit results.
