Candidate:

• Work experience: 2 years in the field of technical support, system administration, or related industries
• Working experience in Support Services (Help Desk, Service Desk)
• Experience with incidents, problems and changes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Experience in drafting technical documentation: instructions, procedures, reports, knowledge bases
