Business analyst (Junior Strong, Middle) in IWIS

Hello, our future Business Analyst!

IWIS is a young and focused IT company. Our goal is to introduce new and solve complex, non-standard tasks in the IT field, namely in the area of Mobile & Web development and Data Science.

What will you do?

• Analyze the business needs of the customer and develop the optimal solution to meet these needs;
• Identify requirements for the future product using various elicitation techniques;
• Document requirements of various types (writing Vision & Scope document, SRS);
• Document requirements using various techniques (user story, use case, BPMN, UML, functional decomposition, dependencies, assumptions and limitations, etc.);
• Analyze requirements (apply various methodologies and notations - prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors);
• Manage requirements (Prioritization, Change request);
• Set tasks and communicate with the development team.

What is important to us?

• Knowledge of collection, analysis and formalization methodology.;
• Ability to quickly learn the subject area to be analyzed;
• Understand the life cycle of requirements;
• software development.;
• Understand API, software, economic logic;
• Experience in JIRA;
• Ability to form UML, BPMN diagrams;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Will a plus:

• International certification;
• Independence, systematization, attention to details;
• Experience with microservice architecture, API;
• Understanding the project development life cycle, good communication skills;
• Knowledge of SQL (Postgre, MySQL, MSSQL, ClickHouse) will be a plus;
• Practical experience in using Agile, Scrum methodology.
