we are currently looking for business analysts in the domain retail, sales"

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis, planning, approval, documentation and implementation of changes in the business domain;
• Interaction with users and collection of wishes for functional improvement;
• Description of business, functional and non-functional requirements, coordinating them with process owners and prioritizing tasks;
• Setting tasks, monitoring execution, creating test cases, conducting testing and design of results;
• Creating BPMN diagrams, instructions for users and consulting on working with new or updated functionality.

Experience and skills:

• Experience of working as an in-house business analyst (not outsourced projects);
• Mastery of key business analysis practices for requirements management;
• Mastery of business process and information systems modeling methods;
• Mastery of special software tools for building models; (BPMN,UML);
• Mastering project management methodologies and writing technical documentation. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban;
• Proficiency in interviewing key users, organizing and conducting negotiations, recording;
