Functional responsibilities:

• holding meetings with the customer and collecting requirements;
• analysis of tasks and developing a vision (model, concept) of their solution;
• participation in projects to improve and create new business processes in the company;
• interaction with programmers - setting tasks (writing technical specifications), testing;
• writing instructions for end users;
• training users, implementation of developments;
• Identification of customer needs;
• Collection and analysis of software requirements;
• Formulation of process and structure models;
• Development of project documentation;
• Management of requirements; style="font-weight: 400">Participation in acceptance testing.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Business analyst from 2 years.
• Experience in setting technical tasks (writing technical specifications), describing business processes, developing regulatory documentation;
• Theoretical training in the field of research, analysis and modeling of business processes;
• Will be an advantage knowledge of BPMN business process description notations;
• Intelligibility, communication skills, ability to work in a team and determine priorities.

Working conditions:

• Flexible work format (2 times a week work in the office, Beresteyska metro station)
• Full time Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Official employment from the first working day
