In connection with the increase in the number of projects, we have an open vacancy "Trainee Business analyst in the IT sphere" (full time)

Our wishes to candidates:

• Basic work skills with business processes will be an advantage;

• Availability of higher education: technical, engineering, mathematical , IT (will be an advantage);

• Location - Kyiv, with mandatory visiting the office; 

• After gaining experience, you can switch to a mixed type of work (office/remote); 

• Knowledge of requirements collection, validation and verification processes (will be an advantage); 

• Ability to form tasks for developers, form criteria for accepting tasks (will be an advantage); 

• Knowledge of notations for building diagrams of business processes and data flows (will be an advantage) ; 

• The level of English is pre-intermediate (will be an advantage); 

• Analytical thinking, the ability to quickly navigate an unknown area, the ability to make decisions, excellent communication skills, clarity and clarity of expression of thoughts; 

• Discipline; 

• Willingness to learn and develop; 

Functional duties:

• Determining the Customer's needs (analysis and documentation);

• Determining user needs (harmonizing business requirements with the needs of end users;

• Adaptation of requirements for development teams);

• Definition of functional/non-functional requirements of the project;

• Determination of functionality scaling opportunities; effective management of requirements and their transfer through systematization ;

• Description of technical tasks usingThere are analysis and modeling tools;
