Responsibilities:

  • Formulation of high-level requirements for a software product and collection of these requirements;
  • or changes in services;
  • Determination of technologies for/against used software solutions;
  • Further analysis and management of changes in requirements for software products;
  • Find and propose better options their implementation, preparing a draft of the technical documentation;
  • Designing the user interface, format and method of interaction between the user and the program;
  • Improving the company's existing services;
  • Responsible for development of the interface and creation of a prototype based on it.

Needed skills:

  • Understanding the general architecture of building IT services;
  • Experience in describing the company's business processes for the implementation of document information systemscirculation, CRM, Power BI, ERP;
  • Experience with BPM process documentation management systems Bizagi, Buisness Studio, Microsoft Visio;
  • AS IS process modeling| TO BEConstruction of DFD diagrams;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data;
  • Experience in working with Microsoft platforms in the part of user services.
