Business analyst (International Delivery Unit MOU) in Ofis efektivnogo regulyuvannya (BRDO)

The positioninvolves work at the Investment Support Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the implementation of international cooperation with partner countries of Ukraine. Our main goal is to increase investment in OPK.

Main functions:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements within international investment projects. Description of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE). Research and use of regulatory acts in the process of writing requirements. Modeling of processes in BPMN notation. Development of functional and non-functional requirements. Preparation of analytical documentation. and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in business process analytics from 3 years.
• Fluent command of the English language.
• Ability work with large amounts of information under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to take ownership of solutions.
• Knowledge of BPMN / UML notations.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear documentation.
• Experience with Jira.

Will a plus:

• Experience in working with projects, not just products.
• Experience in the field of the defense-industrial complex, government projects or investment initiatives.

Technical knowledge and software provision:

• A confident user of Microsoft Office programs.
