Business Analyst [IBP] in Ajax Systems

Business analyst carries out analytical processes regarding the possibility of implementing various IT solutions with the aim of increasing the efficiency of specific processes or implementing automation.

Requirements:

• Full higher technical/economic education
• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years, preferably in implementation projects SAP/automation.
• Experience in developing business requirements for the automation of business processes will be an advantage.
• English language at a level not lower than Intermediate - spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

• Working in SAP with the IBP module - Planning.
• Conducting surveys , identification and analysis of requirements for SAP.
• Formation of a template for reference books, data migration, up-to-date support in SAP.
• Analysis, description of business processes to be implemented in SAP.
• Development of technical tasks for development, decomposition of functional requirements to User Stories.   
• Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes. 
• Development of organizational and functional models in SAP. 
• Participation in the implementation of SAP functional modules, including the formation of tasks and design of the scope of work. 
• Preparation of test cases and testing of implemented settings/developments.
• Testing of Minimum Viable Product in the SAP test environment.
• Definition and organization of measures to launch SAP into productive operation . 
• Participation in SAP system support and development processes.
• Conducting user training, development of training materials and standards.
