The Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the provision of business analyst / business analyst services for the implementation of the Integrated of the information system "Geo-information system of the state-level urban planning cadastre" (hereinafter - MBKD GIS).
Service start date: September 2024.
Term of contract : until the end of 2024 with a possible extension.
Format of cooperation< /b>: mixed (offline with the ability to combine online work). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in Kyiv.
Employment : full.
Main tasks and responsibilities: b>
- examine the existing business processes for the development and use of urban planning documentation (MBD);
- examine the legislation , which regulates the development and use of MBD, and understand its essence;
- study the existing business processes for the provision of public services to the population and business;
- study the legislation regulating the provision of administrative services, and understand its essence;
- reengineer business processes for the development and use of DBM;
- analyze the sources and life cycle of raw data for the development of DBM;
- design integrations and information exchanges with GIS MBKD;
- model interfaces of interactive forms of GIS MBKD;
- hold meetings with interested parties to clarify requirements for information systems;
- document functionality of information systems systems, develop technical requirements, tasks and specifications;
- conduct presentations and coordination meetings for interested parties;
- collect statistics on the number of developed MBD, issued urban development conditions and restrictions, collected sets of initial data etc.
Requirements for contest participants:
- more than two (2) years of experience in business process analytics;
- understanding of software design and development, formulation of high-level technical requirements for a software product;
- li>ability to structure elements of information systems, determine technologies and possible software solutions;
- experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT projects;
- knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
