Financial controller in Happy Nest, Mizhnarodna Innovaciyna shkola

Purpose of the position: Ensuring accurate and timely control over financial transactions, record keeping, control over the fulfillment of financial obligations of counterparties.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, the basics of legislation in the field of finance and taxes.
• Proficient PC skills, knowledge of Finmap, Privat24, Mono Business, Google Sheets, School Today programs.

Basic Obov connections:

• Verification of counterparty payments:

- Verification of ALL payments from parents (counterparties) in Privat24, Mono Business, Finmap (cash ).  

- Filling in payment data (tuition, clubs, excursions, summer camp, etc.) in the Google Disk table and the School Today program. 

- Control of payments in the following categories: Online school Primary - Secondary school GardenGroups Garden/SchoolExcursions

• Working with debtors:

- Informing and reminding debtors about their debt in order to motivate faster payment.

- Issuing penalty invoices if necessary.

- Formation of acts of reconciliation for debtors.

- Communication if necessary, with parents regarding financial matters. 

• Accounting in Finmap:

- Completing the Finmap program (income and expenses).

- Classification of all income and expenses generation of PL (profit and loss statement), BS (balance sheet) and CF (cash flow) reports.
