Business analyst for the project "Register of damaged and destroyed property" in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Foundation within the scope of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the search of a contractor to provide expert services of a business analyst / business analyst for support project "Register of damaged and destroyed property".

Term of the contract: until the end of 2024 with a possible extension.

Service engagement: full.

Collaboration format: mixed (a combination of offline and online works). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in the city of Kyiv.

Basic tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract:

• analysis of legislative and normative acts in order to collect requirements for the modernization of the fourth and creation of further stages of the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (hereinafter - RPZM, the register);
• analysis of the existing functionality of the register for recording and documenting the facts of damaged property and destroyed property, as well as providing compensation;
• studying current changes and making proposals for their optimization;
• cooperation with other specialists to develop a project solution of the RPZM, including the logic of business processes, integration, database project, statistical and analytical reports;
• development together with the project team of technical requirements for the registry, taking into account the needs of modifications;
• close cooperation with the project team, related information systems teams and industry experts to translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications;
• maintenance during modernization, deployment, registry testing and making changes to processes or project documentation as needed;
• li>maintenance of project documentation in Confluence / Jira systems;
• regular meetings with interested parties to clarify information system requirements and present completed project stages;
• active participation in acceptance of completed works, verification of compliance of completed works with established requirements.

Requirements for contest participants:

• at least two (2) years of experience in business analysis,
• experience with government systems will be an advantage;
• knowledge and practical use of BPMN and UML notations;
• knowledge and practical use of specialized business process modeling software (Camunda, Bizagi Modeler, Visio or similar);
• knowledge of interface modeling tools (Figma, Axure);
• understanding of SDLC processes, experience of interaction with the IT product development team;
• proficiency in English at a level sufficient for professional communication.

Proposals without indicating the expected monthly level of payment for services will not be considered.
