Main duties: - Survey, analysis, optimization of enterprise business processes (HR domain):
- Study and analysis of the company's internal business processes;
- collection of information about the functioning of processes;
- conducting interviews of functional experts, business users, analysis and development proposals for optimization and automation of business processes;
- formalization and coordination of requirements;
- presentations of optimization results.
2. Modeling and description of business processes, prototyping:
- Development of business processes, formalization into a technical task using business analysis techniques;< /li>
- modeling of business processes with the use of modeling tools adopted at the enterprise;
- description of the business process in accordance with accepted templates;
- development demonstration materials for presentations and coordination of business processes with the customer.
3. Implementation of business processes at the enterprise:
- Setting tasks for the development of software for automating business processes;
- development of documentation necessary for testing implemented business processes, acceptance testing of developments for compliance with customer requirements, recording of test results;
- development of documentation (regulations, procedures, instructions user, etc.);
- training of business users in the conditions of optimized business processes;
- analysis of the results of the implementation of business process optimization.

- Consulting and providing answers to business users' inquiries regarding the functionality of systems, business processes ;
- providing assistance in solving technical problems when using the product/service and its further coordination;
- finding the cause of technical problems; formation of requirements for software developers to eliminate system errors;
- formation of requirements for software revisions;
- formation of requests on the contractor's technical support resource;
- provision of access to information systems .
Requirements for the candidate:
- higher education;
- experience of working as a business analyst or in the position of head of the HR department, HR-generalist;
- knowledge of the subject area to be analyzed (Domain knowledge - HR);
- knowledge of the revealed methodologydevelopment, analysis, formalization (Hard skills);
- understanding of the software life cycle (SDLC);
- knowledge of risk and change management tools;
- ability to communicate with stakeholders to identify requirements;
- ability to write requirements for development;
- experience in personnel management;
- Knowledge of MS Office, BPMN, UML Jira/Confluence, in-depth knowledge of Excel.
