Our employee in this position:

• Preparation of HR dashboards, visualization and analysis of data, preparation of conclusions and presentation to customers.
• Responsible for selective analysis and control of master data on personnel in accounting systems for timely correction of errors
• Participates in company projects related to HR analytics in the Holding (for example, implementation of HR DWH and/or SAP HCM)
• Participates in the formation of methodology and business processes for the preparation of reports and analytics on personnel
• Participates in the development of a strategy for the development of HR and People analytics in MHP Holding

We invite you to an interview,if you have:

• Professional level of knowledge of PowerBI and its components (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX), at least 2 years;
• Experience of working in 1C software, SAP, SQL knowledge is desirable at the request level.
• Professional level of mastery of Excel, Power Point, other O365 applications, preferably experience of building flows in MS Power Automate;
• Experience with HR analytics
• Experience with large data sets;
• Budgeting skills, plan/fact analysis.
