Business analyst (financial/accounting processes)

We are looking for a business analyst with an accounting background and/or experience as an accountant who will help transform business processes and participate in the implementation of ERP solutions.

Main functions:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements from stakeholders.
• Preparation of functional requirements, technical tasks and proposals for development.
• Communication between business teams and IT, support of requirements implementation.
• Participation in the full cycle of implementation of solutions (from idea to launch in production).
• Preparation of project, technical and user documentation.
• Participation in projects of transition and implementation of ERP systems.

For successful work you will need:

• Experience of working as a business analyst of 5 years.
• Experience of participation in projects of implementation or transition to ERP systems, implementation of SAF-T UA. 
• Experience in preparing project documentation (vision, concept, functional requirements, TOR), as well as technical and user documentation.
• Experience in building concepts for implementing information systems and/or automating business processes from scratch.
• Understanding the software development life cycle, various approaches and methodologies.
• Understanding integration processes and integration experience IT systems (will be an advantage).
• Manual testing experience.
