Operational cost control specialist in Vyriy

VYRIY is a Ukrainian engineering company, a leading manufacturer of combat unmanned systems, actively implementing war robotics systems and solutions from localized components. We are currently looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the analysis and control of the company's operational costs with the aim of identifying inefficiencies, unjustified costs and potential abuses.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of the company's operating expenses, in particular: - Administrative expenses (office, business needs) - Cash expenses (accountable funds), analysis of checks and supporting documents. — Costs for repairs and maintenance — Costs for logistics (fuel, transportation, etc.) — Costs for contractor services — Costs for ensuring production and operational processes (not related to main purchases)
• Checking the appropriateness of costs, their reasonableness, compliance and availability of supporting documents.
• Identification of illogical, repeated, unjustified or without a clear need for expenses, potential abuses, suspicious or illogical operations
• Analysis of the structure of expenses by departments, their dynamics
• Formation of conclusions based on the results of the analysis, recommendations for optimizing expenses, proposals for strengthening control

Requirements to the candidate:

• Experience in one or more of the areas: - Work with costs, finance or procurement (economist, analyst, internal audit, financial control, procurement control, cost analysis economist, etc.)
• Ability to work with data (Excel/Google Sheets - mandatory)
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and with different sources of information
• Analytical thinking (ability to see patterns, anomalies, inconsistencies and deviations)
• Attention to details
• Ability to formulate conclusions and argue one's position.
• Systematic in work
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work with conflict situations
