Business analyst (ERP Odoo) in Tensore

TENCORE is a Ukrainian technology company that works for the Defense Forces and creates solutions that really bring Victory closer. We are looking for a Business analyst who knows how to build trust, quickly navigates processes and is ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Main duties

• Analysis and description of business processes (AS-IS) and formation of target processes (TO-BE) for implementation in ERP Odoo.

• Collection and formalization of business requirements, preparation of technical tasks for developers.

• Setting tasks for the development team and supporting changes until launch.

• Preparation of test cases, conducting UAT testing and monitoring compliance with requirements.

• Preparation documentation, instructions and user training.

• Participation in reporting and optimization of business processes.

Professional requirements

• Experience with Odoo from 1 of the year.

• Understanding the structure of ERP systems (modules, models, business logic).

• Experience of working with CRM, Helpdesk, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing modules.

• Experience of modeling business processes and writing technical tasks.

• Advanced Excel level.

• Experience in automation or digital transformation projects.

• Basic knowledge of Python and XML will be an advantage.
