Business Analyst / Business Analyst in Devprove, TOV

We are looking for a business analyst who will help identify, formalize and support business requirements at all stages of IT solution implementation. We need a person who knows how to work with stakeholders, structure business needs, transform them into understandable requirements for the team and accompany the implementation of solutions until the moment of launch.

Main duties

• gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements;
• conducting interviews, meetings and workshops with stakeholders;
• description of AS IS / TO business processes BE;
• preparation of functional requirements, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria;
• decomposition of tasks for the development team;
• participation in the formation and prioritization of the backlog;
• setting tasks for the development team and supporting their implementation;
• reconciliation of requirements between the business and technical team;
• participation in testing, UAT and acceptance of functionality;
• control of changes in requirements and maintenance of the relevance of analytical documentation;
• participation in process optimization and product improvement.

Requirements for the candidate

• work experience in the position of Business Analyst from 2 years;
• practical experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing requirements;
• understanding of the software development life cycle;
• experience in writing BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria;
• ability to model business processes and work with BPMN/UML;
• experience interacting with customers, developers, testers and other team members;
• analytical thinking, structure, attention to detail;
• strong communication and presentation skills;
• experience working with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io or similar tools;
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

• basic understanding of API and integrations;
• experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
• experience participating in the digital transformation of business processes;
• understanding of the principles of UX/UI and client way.
