Business Analyst (BA) in Accounting in FRDM Group

We are a Ukrainian innovative technology company that develops and manufactures robotic systems. We create solutions that work remotely on the ground, in the sky and at sea.

Main duties:

• Analysis of business processes related to accounting and financial accounting.
• Cooperation with responsible teams to collect detailed business requirements and their implementation in the ERP system.
• Participation in functional testing of developed solutions.
• Improving processes and increasing efficiency.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of business administration, finance, banking, accounting.
• Experience as a business analyst in a banking or related field, with an emphasis on accounting and financial accounting.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Knowledge of BPMN process modeling.
• Experience in accounting and/or experience in the financial field.
• Knowledge of regulated accounting, treasury, budgeting, control reporting, etc.
• li>Analytical skills and ability to find solutions.
• Ability to set tasks for developers.

Mandatory skills:

• Knowledge and experience in accounting and finance for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge and practical experience of using BPMN.
• Skills in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Samunda, Figma and ERP systems.
