• WHO DO WE NEED?

We are looking for a talented and an enterprising SMM manager who will be able to effectively promote our space and its services on the Internet. If you know how to create dynamic content, generate creative ideas, and have copywriting and (preferably) targeting skills, you're welcome! We offer a hybrid work format: part of the tasks are performed remotely, and part - in the CollabZONE office.

• DUTIES:
• Management of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok)
• Formation of the content plan, generation of creative ideas and their implementation in cooperation with the content maker and event manager
• Preparation of technical tasks (TOR) for the creation of reels and visual content. Editing reels
• Copywriting for posts, stories and website materials
• Partial targeting
• YouTube channel coordination
• Development of SMM strategies and participation in the development of communication strategies
• Communication with information partners
• Coordinating the placement of advertising integrations
• Working on site content together with the administrator
• OUR EXPECTATIONS :
• Experience in SMM or a similar position
• Understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Tik-Tok, preferably LinkedIn)
• Copywriting skills and installation of reels
• Basic skills of working in Figma or Canva
• Basic skills of using Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• li>Willingness to learn new topics
