Main responsibilities :

• Analysis of the customer's business needs
• Collection of requirements for the future product (communication with stakeholders by individuals - developers, customers, end users)
• Analysis of requirements (application of various methodologies and notations - prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation)
• Formalization of requirements (separation of requirements on business, functional, non-functional, requirements specification writing)
• Requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements). Broadcasting of requirements between developers and the customer
• Writing documentation necessary for project management

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Redmine, Confluence
• Experience with TK
• Project risk identification skills
• Project diagramming skills
• Knowledge of SQL basics
