Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree.

• 2+ years experience as a Business analyst/Product owner/Product analyst.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Deep technical background. Understanding of system architecture in cloud, API (other protocols)

• Excellent knowledge in generating process documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN, Draw.io, Miro (or similar)).

• Advanced creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle.

• Understanding of the full cycle of requirements development and management

• English — B2.

Skills and abilities:

• Design of business processes.

• Mock-ups and UI prototyping.

• Stakeholder interviewing.

• Data analysis.
