As a  Senior Business Analyst , you’ll be responsible for gathering, understanding, analyzing, and creating different types of requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping up with the latest trends and technologies. This position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the business and the technical personnel within a project team and helping the company achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with businesses and developers from the design stage to implementation, quality control to project closure
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations
• Translating business ideas into clearly structured requirements: formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements
• Analyzing data and providing results using Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI / SQL (nice to have)
• Developing and maintaining the documentation
• Conduct in-depth analysis for business-optimization projects
• Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
• Participate in the supplier selection process, evaluating the usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations

Skills:

• Ability to effectively guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both written and oral forms
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Effective problem-solver, with great analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately assess project/business analysis risks
• Ability to work in Figma and build prototypes
• Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others
• Knowledge and ability to use UML and BPMN modeling

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• B2+ level of English
• A BS or MS degree in business, IT, or a related field will be a plus
• Certification in business analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification will be a plus
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies on large-scale projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Expertise in creating and describing different types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements, etc.)
• Experience with RnD projects, understanding of the complexities and processes of developing these solutions
• Advanced knowledge of requirements management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Target Process, Rally, etc.
• Experience with RnD projects, understanding of the complexities and processes of developingthese solutions
• Experience with both web and mobile development methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with integrating different IT systems and applications
• Experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, and AI will be a plus
