Business analyst 1С/ BAS in Resorcer

For our client, a leading importer and distributor of food products, we are looking for candidates for the position of Business analyst 1C/ BAS.

Working format: Kyiv, hybrid working format (must visit the office 2 days a week). p>

About the role:
To be the driving force of the automation process of the company's financial department, to be an intermediary between the business (financial department ) and developers. Receive requests, process, write TOR and hand over to developers.

In this position you will:

• Work with requests from 1C users, formalize them, collect additional information (screenshots, test cases, etc.)
• Administer tasks in Jira, classify and solve them (if not possible independently, prepare for transfer to colleagues, monitor their implementation)
• Advise company employees on issues of working with 1C/BAS
• Participate in decision-making to support new functionality
• Collect requirements/wishes from colleagues
• Analyze functionality for process automation
• Prepare technical tasks, test new functionality, present solutions to the customer
• Act as a buffer/mediator between business and developers
• Work with the department of a specific direction (finance), review tasks, lead the direction according to priorities
• If desired, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the direction of business analysis or development on the platform.

Qualification requirements:

• Confident user 1C (eight): can figure out what is wrong and gather all the necessary information to solve the problem independently
• Experience in various areas (finance, accounting, accounting and auditing, payroll, reporting, retail, etc.)
• Experience in large companies and with a wide range of functions is desirable;
• Ability to write technical tasks for developers
• Ability to work in a company, understand your value in it
• Be a meticulous, structured and clear person (without water during communication)

• Understands what the service is, "about the service", service needs
