  What we expect from you:

  • Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
  • Experience in the Service Desk system;
  • Understanding methods and SCS connections;
  • Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems and office software on users' workstations.
  • Ability to provide technical and consulting support when providing users with a set of hardware and software provision.
  • Understanding the principles of ITSM, fixing and executing requests;
  • Basic knowledge of working with Active Directory.

  What will you do in the Company:

  • Setup\maintenance of workstations, office equipment and data collection terminals.
  • Technical and consulting support for users.
  • Maintenance of network infrastructure, WMS systems.< /li>
