Business analyst 1C in AvtoNova-D

We are "AvtoNova-D", we have been working on the market for more than 13 years and are the largest UA warehouse of spare parts for German cars. We currently have 25 branches throughout Ukraine that are successfully operating and developing.

Our goal is to create new standards in the field of car service, making people's lives more comfortable and mobile.

We are currently looking for business analyst who will strengthen our IT team and help develop and optimize the company's internal information systems. It is important for us that the candidate has experience with 1C / BAS / BAF accounting systems, is able to analyze business requirements, model business processes and implement effective solutions for automating the company's internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of requirements for new or existing functionality in the 1C accounting system /
• BAS / BAF
• Collection and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Study of current business processes and proposal of solutions for their
• optimization with the help of 1C.
• Modeling business processes and creation of technical documentation (BPMN,
• UML).
• Support of 1C system users, training and consulting on
• use of systems and automated processes
• Testing of new systems and automated processes.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of information technologies, economics, or business
• analysis.
• Experience of working with the 1C platform (at least 2 years).
• Experience of working with logistics processes involving automated systems.
• Knowledge of the main modules of 1C: Trade Management, Accounting, ZUP, and others.
• Experience in configuring, optimizing and integrating solutions on the 1C platform.
• Ability to use API documentation to understand functional capabilities.
• Ability to document requirements, create technical tasks and functional specifications.
• Skills to analyze business processes and optimize them with the help of 1C.
• High communication skills for interaction with business users.
• Requirements for technical skills or experience
• Work experience in 1C 8.3
• Work experience in CRM systems (Jira/Planfix)
