Main duties:

• Development of tools for the work of the quality department and analysis of movement deviations cargo
• Control of all stages and deadlines for the implementation of these tools
• Solving system problems that generate defects in the movement of shipments
• Ensuring automation of the work of the quality department
• Development of technical specifications and implementation of analytical reporting for monitoring the movement of parcels in Tableu
• Development, implementation and updating of accounting methods and calculation of indicators quality
• Ensuring the timeliness and correctness of data display in reporting and analytical tools
• Initiating the addition of the company's information systems with the necessary data for conducting analytics
• Implementation and support of projects related to the work of the quality department

Expectations from the candidate:
Professional skills:

• experience working as a data analyst in a logistics company from the 1st year
• Knowledge of analytical systems (Tableau, Grafana, Looker Studio)
• Knowledge of the basics of Python
• Ability to work in Excel (professional level)
• Knowledge of the basics of statistical analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of international logistics processes, processing shipments for air transportation, specifics customs clearance in the countries of the world
