Business analyst in e-Docs

Necessary skills:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position (Business Analyst / System Analyst);
• Ability to build effective communication with the team and interested parties from the customer's side;
• Formulate and describe requirements: User Stories, business, functional and system requirements;
• Experience in creating BPMN diagrams, User Flow diagrams;
• Ability to work in a Scrum / Agile team;
• Ability to process large amounts of information in a short time;
• Successful experience in data structuring;
• Understanding the product development life cycle;
• Analytical thinking and focus to solve problems;
• Understanding the interaction of systems, basic principles of integrations (will be an advantage).

Main responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with interested parties from the side of the customer;
• Collection of wishes and requirements for the product;
• Analysis of the customer's business needs;
• Search for the most effective solutions: independently or together with the team to develop the concept of the solution;
• Estimation of labor costs and duration of work;
• Compilation of User Stories;
• Detailing of each requirement in the form of specifications: functional requirements, system operation logic, software description implementation;
• Requirements management: processing change requests, analysis and description of the impact of changes on existing requirements;
• Working with requirements at all stages of the software development life cycle;
• Consulting developers and testers during product development;
• Creating initial low-fidelity wireframes (UX prototypes);
• Creating business process diagrams (BPMN) 400">
