Key tasks

• Analysis and documentation of business processes:

• CRM Delta-M

• ABS Scrooge

• API-gateway 

• Preparation of TK for integrations 

• Documentation of migration from Tournes ">Design of new processes (client office, online verification)

• Development of quality monitoring procedures

Requirements

• Experience as a business analyst of 2 years

• Experience with processes and documentation 

• Experience with integrations and APIs

• Financial area is an advantage
