Business analyst in Frontline Robotics

The company Frontline Robotics is engaged in the development and production of robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our expectations from a specialist:

• 3+ years of BA in ERP/accounting systems;
• experience of working as the only BA in a team;
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 (AS-IS/TO-BE), organization of discovery interviews and workshops;
• Preparation SRS/TK, user stories; backlog management (Jira);
• Practical understanding of ERP domains: Sales, Procurement, Warehouse/Logistics, Manufacturing (MRP), Finance/Accounting;
• Experience planning and conducting UAT Basic technical knowledge for validation: SQL (data validation), understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, queues/webbooks), RBAC.

Will be a plus:

• Practical experience of Odoo (or similar) implementations;
• Understanding of ERP system artifacts at the BA level: models/fields, ACL/record rules, domain filters, QWeb reports;
• Understanding of local regulatory requirements (Ukraine) in finance/tax.

Responsibilities:

• Be the owner of the requirements process: discovery > BPMN (AS-IS/TO-BE) > SRS/TK > UAT > readiness for release;
• Description and decomposition into user stories with AC; backlog management, synchronization with stakeholders;
• Analysis of the impact of changes between ERP modules (Sales/Purchase/Inventory/MRP/Accounting), risk and dependency management;
• UAT preparation, fixing defects/changes, release notes for;
• Maintenance of BRD/process repository, preparation of short SOPs;
• Measurement change effect (KPI), collecting feedback, initiating improvements.
