We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our international partner, a company working in the field of professional cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and cosmeceuticals.

Your main tasks:

• Collection, processing and analysis of financial and marketing indicators

• Formation of reports for management: sales, profitability, team effectiveness

• Building an analytics system for forecasting and planning

• Identification of growth areas, risks and preparation of recommendations for top management

The company expects:

• Experience in business or financial analytics from 2 years - preferably in companies with a developed management accounting system.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (BAS/1C, Odoo, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) - understanding of the logic of business processes and data integration.

• Sure knowledge of Excel - formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, preparation of reports for management.

• Basic skills of working with BI systems - construction of simple analytical panels, data visualization.

• Experience in documenting processes - ability to describe business logic, structure information for transfer to IT or finance teams.

• Strong communication skills - explain complex things in simple language: financiers - financial, IT - technical.

• Analytical thinking, structure and system in the approach to tasks.

• Organization and moderation of meetings — the ability to lead discussions, agree on requirements and record resultsyou.

• Result orientation is not just to analyze, but to offer solutions.
