We are currently looking for a business analyst whose duties will include:

• Analysis and documentation of existing business processes within the product / project, including the processes of users, operators and integrated departments.
• Collection, analysis, formalization and management of requirements for the video surveillance system based on information received from users, operators, technical teams.
• Description of business processes and user scenarios, including the construction of BPMN diagrams, use cases, sequence/flow diagrams Development of technical tasks for new feature implementation
• Preparation of functional and non-functional requirements, including:

1. Frontend logic, user scripts, UI behavior, UX flows, forms, tables, maps, dashboards, controls and UI response.
2. Backend logic, API interactions, data, algorithmic processes and integrations with devices/services.
3. VMS modules, BigData, ANPR, Face/Body analytics, Device Management, Media Services, Storage, RBAC, etc.
4. Technical specifications describing how FE and BE should interact, what data is transferred, what events/status are expected, and how the system should work in different scenarios.

• Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Development of reports and information panels for management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Education in systems analysis, information systems, telecommunications, cyber security or engineering majors. Economic majors or management are also possible under conditions of significant technical experience in IT.
• Experience with business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, UML).
• SQL knowledge at the level of writing queries.
• Experience with project management systems.
• Understanding change management principles.
• Certifications in the field of business analysis (CBAP, CCBA).
• Experience in trade or related fields.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Deep understanding of the principles of operation of complex IT systems (multi-component platforms, video surveillance systems, BigData, distributed systems).
• Writing technical and functional requirements (FRD, BRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria).
• Understanding architecture and API (REST, WebSockets, SDK integration, basics of network protocols).
• Ability to work with data and databases (basic SQL, analysis of DB structures, understanding of CRUD operations).
• Experience with logging, analytics and monitoring systems.
• Understanding SDLC, Agile/Scrum, development processes and QA.
• Proficiency in documentation and modeling tools.
• Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation and communication.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Strong communication skills, ability to ask the right questions and clarify requirements.
• Ability to structure complex information, formulate clearly and understandably.
• Organized and independent, ability to lead several directions simultaneously.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
