What you need to do?

• The most important thing is to have your vision of implementing business processes in lending to retail and business clients;
• Propose options for process optimization/automation;
• Collect, formalize and document business requirements;
• Prepare and communicate functional and technical requirements to the team;
• Analyze technical tasks to meet business requirements;
• Maintain project documentation;
• Plan work in accordance with project documentation and acceptance tests;
• Implement changes.

Expectations from candidates:

• Have analytical thinking and be able to collect, formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project / task;
• Experience with Retail, Business or Risk credit processes;
• Experience of successfully implemented projects on process optimization/automation;
• Experience of writing Business requirements and technical tasks, knowledge of BPMN, experience of developing regulatory documentation;
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing existing business processes of the organization and developing new ones;
• Experience in BPMN modeling;
• Understanding the life cycle of software development;
• Have a fundamental understanding of business analysis/project management.

It will be a plus:

• Experience with the Creatio system.

Important: we expect that employees will visit the office in Lviv, so there is no completely remote work option.
