What are the main duties of a Business Board Angel Assistant?
1. Closing operational tasks during the preparation and holding of events: 0 creates and monitors all tasks for events in the city: collects information for announcements, forms a schedule; 0 announces events within the community (Telegram chats) and personally invites valid participants; 0 helps in the organization of events: location design, communication with contractors (catering, logistics, production), etc.; 0 is present at the events: registration of participants, photo and video shooting for social networks (professional experience is not required).

2. Quantity and order control, printing of the necessary branded products for events.

  • You will stand next to TOP managers of small and medium-sized businesses, learn directly about their experience at community events.
  • Every day you will have the opportunity to access useful business content for your own and professional development thanks to the presence at events and closed YouTube channel with over 300 recordings of past meetings to watch. 
  • You will be able to improve yourself in various directions: there is an integrated team adaptation and training system, an Englisch Speaking Club and 18 closed clubs for communication, management, mental health, marketing, etc. Each member of the team can join any! 

Our kcandidate: 

  • responsible, multitasking, systematic and at the same time flexible to changes and adjustments;
  • loves people and communication with them; 
  • possess communication ethics, competent oral and written communication; 
  • has experience in sales/event industry/customer service/project activities; 
  • entrepreneurial experience will be an advantage.

Working conditions:

  • payment of UAH 9,000 per month;
  • working day - 4 hours (part-time employment);
  • possibility to work online from home;
  • physical presence at events in city
